Robert Land uses his knowledge, experience, and skill to deliver smooth transactions and client-defined success.

Buying or selling a house can be a complex and extremely stressful process – after all, a home is usually the largest asset a person owns – and that’s why the transaction must go smoothly while meeting the client’s expectations and definition of success. Robert’s objective is to make that happen, starting with the pre-listing or search stage to contract negotiations, contract execution, and on through closing. He does this by leveraging his education, knowledge, and experience to provide value-added service and representation to his customers.

Robert Land’s background is steeped in high-level education. Raised in Houston, Texas, he attended the University of Texas at Austin and got a BS in 1997. Later, in 2002, he got his MBA from Texas State University. While there, he learned the ins and outs of business and got a heavy dose of marketing know-how. In 2005 Robert got his law degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Licensed to practice law in Texas and Colorado, Robert spent nine years practicing mostly real estate law. It was through his law practice that Robert discovered his love of helping clients buy and sell properties, and so he decided to make that his professional focus. Now Robert leverages his deep knowledge of real estate transactions and business to the benefit of his buyer and seller clients.

When he’s not making sure his clients get the best representation possible, Robert spends his time with his wife and two children and volunteering with various local service organizations such as Wimberley Valley Radio, the Lions Club, and the Wimberley Valley Arts and Cultural Alliance. Then, if there’s still time, he squeezes in some guitar playing.
